With the Tado thermostat installation, an internet connection is required to register everything. As soon as everything is registered, it works with radio frequency. Do you (temporarily) not have Wi-Fi? Then you can only operate the system manually and not via the app. In addition, you always need the Tado help desk for your installation. They ensure the correct settings for your products.
Some problems can only be solved by Tado. What exactly does this include?
- Software updates
- Tado account (problems with adding a room, settings in the app, password etc.)
- Radiator does not heat up well. A possible cause of this is that the radiator valve is too tight. Tado can make the motor in the valve stronger with a change of software.
