If the Nest thermostat no longer turns on, or has a red / green blinking LED, the thermostat is probably jammed or there is a problem with the power supply or batteries. Check the following steps on the Google Nest website to correct the problem.
If there is a problem with the power supply, you may notice this before the thermostat switches off. For example, functions that require power do not work or do not work properly, such as the Wi-Fi connection.
The Nest does this to save the internal battery, so that the heating system will continue to work as long as possible. Is the Nest completely disabled? Press the Nest button to switch the heating on and again to switch it off.
Does the Nest thermostat remain switched off, even when you have checked all the steps? Please contact us so that we can help you further with the problem.
