There can be several reasons why your camera is offline. It is therefore important that you check the following steps:
- Is the plug plugged in?
- Check whether the camera feels hot or cold
- Move / hang the camera closer to your Wi-Fi router
- Restart your camera
- Restart your router
- Check the settings of your Wi-Fi network / router
- Try turning off other devices on your Wi-Fi
- Reset the camera
